Focus

Day1 - swim/bike commute/long run

Breakfast1 - sip of boost (swim)
Breakfast2 - apple, sip of boost,yogurt (ride)
Breakfast3 - Instant multigrain porridge, almond milk and coffee (settle to work)

Water + 2 grapes + 1oz cheese + 1C cucumber

Ah fuck it.

Human history and nature astonishes me. Its all so tragic. At times it feels like we havent made any progress at all. Really.
